Friday evening, a few hours after a 4-set victory earlier in the afternoon, the Lady Archers played against Grace Christian U. in their second match of the NCCAA Region Tournament. The Archers fought hard but fell to the Grace Crusaders in 4 sets, ending a season that marked great improvement and resilience.

The Crusaders won the first thrilling set 25-22, followed by a dominant second set win 25-16. The Archers made a strong comeback in the third set, winning 25-16, but lost the fourth set in a close 21-25. 

In the words of Coach Breslen: "Their potential is enormous. These girls have pushed through an incredibly difficult season with so many changes and inconsistencies. Yet they gave their all. Although we lost a heartbreaking match, I think our team showed incredible potential and determination. A team that showed Christ's character in the way they played, in the way they treated one another, and in the way they never gave up. They refused to stop pursuing the win."
