The Lady Archers faced the Kuyper Cougars in their 2nd match at Grace Christian.

The team went out to an early lead but needed to hang on to take the first set, winning 25-22. In the second set, the Cougars got off to a good start, and the Archers needed to fight back to win the set at the end, 25-23. Kuyper controlled the third set, winning 20-25. Moody then took control in the 4th set to take the match with a 25 -19 win. 

Coach Lili: "As a player, Maci Bailey, said it best. 'It's okay to be tired, but it's not okay to act or play tired.' The girls dug deep to pull out a win while already tired from our first match. It was entirely their determination to walk out 2-0 that allowed us to do exactly that".
