The Archers and the Angels had a hard-fought battle on September 17th, with the Angels taking three out of the four sets played.

Grace Vahey (#9), started the game strong with consistent serves, kills, and blocks, adding points to the scoreboard. Moody's front row dominated, with many impressive blocks preventing Mount Mary from taking the lead in the first set. Emerson (#16), had extremely well-placed sets throughout the entire game, setting up Kiki (#12), and Liv (#15), to score with their incredible hits.

Mount Mary took the win with the second and third sets, and finally won it all in the fourth set. Both teams battled hard through their incredible volleys and outstanding execution. The Archers' next match is a home game against Grace Christian University at 6pm on Friday.
