The Lady Archers traveled to Missouri to compete against Central Christian College of the Bible this past Friday.
The team got off to a rough start in the first set, losing 17-25, but stormed back against Central Christian Saints, taking the following three sets 25-18, 25-16, and 25-19.
The team was led by interim coaches Lili Farrar and Moody's athletic director, Troy Fichter.
Coach Troy Fichter, "Coach Lili and I are not volleyball coaches, so we had to rely on the team to help us. It was great to watch the team communicating and making adjustments during the match that helped them turn things around! I was very proud of our ladies for how they played, especially considering they were without their Head Coach."
