The Men's Cross Country team competed in their final meet before Nationals this past Thursday at the Red/White Open Invite, hosted by North Central College. North Central took first with 15 points, while Moody Bible Institute was second with 50 points.
Kevin Drake led the Archers, covering the 3-mile course in 15:23. Joel Mead was next for the Archers in 16:30, followed by Nate Brant in 16:59 and Will Hartke in 17:32. Josiah Berni completed the score for the Archers, finishing in 17:44.
The Archers will finish out their season at the NCCAA Division II National Championships on Friday, November 14th. The DII Men's Race will take place at 9:45 am CST at the Tom Rutledge XC Course in Joplin, MO.
