Archers Defeat the Warriors
The Archers came back for their second home-game of the week this evening, playing against Appalachian Bible College. The Archers stormed to an early lead and increased the margin to a 50-point difference, claiming the victory in 106-56.
 
The Archers displayed a show of constant teamwork on their home court. Caleb Ward was the top scorer for the Archers, making 24 points. Cameron Scott aced numerous 3-point shots and scored 20 points for the Archers. Sherman Etienne grabbed 8 rebounds for his team, and Trace Stivers gave 7 assists and 7 rebounds.
 
Coach Chapin highlighted the teamwork aspect: "Most of the shots came from assists. This was our highest night, with 27 assists. I was really happy for the guys, just seeing them play well as a team. Really excited to see how this will play into future games."
 
The Archers will play against Great Lakes Christian College this Saturday, January 31st, at 2pm at the Solheim Center, for their final game of the week.
