The Lady Archers completed their 2nd race of the season at the Ken Weidt Classic, hosted by Concordia University in Wisconsin. The team placed 6th out of 10 teams, with 166 points. Concordia U. came first with 24 points, Lawrence taking 2nd with 56 points, and Carthage coming 3rd with 59 points.
Junior Kassidy Kleinheksel finished first for the Archers, covering the 6k course in 27:42. Junior Cora Muller was next in 28:24, followed by Sophomore Emma Carl (29:21), Felicity Severs (29:49), Samantha Duehring (29:59), Allison Duehring (31:14), Adele Dutton (31:17), Ansley Sovine (32:57), Sophie Simpson (33:15), Kylee Clark (36:09), and Lydia Sinchok (36:24).

The Lady Archers will compete in their first 5k of the season on Friday, October 10th, at the Bethel Invitational hosted by Bethel University. The race will take place at 2:30 pm (EST) at St. Patrick's Park in South Bend, Indiana.
