Archers Make Great Strides
This Friday evening the Archers stood up against the Cougars for a re-match on the Archers' home court. After losing their initial lead and falling behind the Cougars by twenty-six points in the first half (28-54), the Archer's made great strides to come back, scoring forty-seven points in the 2nd half of the game and closing the gap by fifteen points (36-47). The Archers kept fighting, but the unforgiving minute ultimately took its dues, and the Cougars logged another victory 90-75.
 
Isaac Martinez scored the most points for the Archers, achieving 27 for his team. Thomas Wright delivered 21, and provided his teammates with 7 rebounds and 4 assists. Sherman Etienne brought in 20 points and 9 incredible rebounds.
 
 
This Tuesday, February 17th, the Archers will travel to Watertown, WI, to play against Maranatha Baptist University at 7pm CST.
