Archers Fall to Boyce

Archers Fall to Boyce

After facing the strongest competition of the season at Taylor University on Friday night, the Archers regrouped and traveled to Louisville, KY, to play against Boyce College on Saturday. The Archers started strong, but fell to Boyce 92-62.

Coach Chapin summarized: "We got off to a really good start, kept the game in single digits, trailed by 6 close to half-time and I was really happy with where we were at. Unfortunately, we fell behind and weren't able to make up the difference, but the guys are improving, new highlights each week, and our next step is to learn to piece it all together for a complete game."

Isaac Martinez (#1), back from injury, scored 21 points for the Archers and snatched 8 total rebounds. Thomas Wright (#34) scored 20 and claimed 12 total rebounds.

This Wednesday (December 10th) the Archers will travel to South Bend to play against Indiana University (South Bend) at 7pm EST. This will be the Archer's final game before Christmas break.
